A clip from a 2011 TV interview went viral in 2018 after believers noticed a Tupac lookalike in the background.
Eagle-eyed fans spotted the man from the crowd thanks to the neon yellow raincoat while the reporter was interviewing a protester at Wall Street in New York.
The clip shows the man looking at the camera before disappearing behind the mass of people in the crowd.
Dancing in an Alabama restaurant
When footage emerged on Twitter a month later of a young man dancing in a restaurant in Alabama with almost the exact same appearance as Tupac, conspiracy theorists once again jumped in with their outrageous beliefs that it proved the theory.
Not only was the man’s physical appearance similar, but he also dressed like the rapper by wearing a hoodie, baggy jeans and cap.
He was spotted dancing with a troop of men in a line in the last few seconds of the clip.
It was liked more than 200,000 times after a viewer retweeted it with the question: “Was that 2pac?”
A torrent of comments quickly flooded in below the video post with fans insisting that he was “2pac for sure”.
